Should you require emergency maintenance or repairs, please contact us on (07) 3622 6436 to discuss with your Property Manager in the first instance. 

Please leave a voicemail so we can attend to your request promptly.

If it is after hours, please attempt contact us on (07) 3622 6436 in the first instance. You are then able to review the Emergency Contact List below to contact the specialist associated with your emergency request. If emergency repairs are required, Collins Gregory prefers that you utilise the agency approved suppliers and tradespeople due to the quality of their work and reliability in completing emergency repairs.

If your request is non-urgent, please complete a Maintenance Request Form online, or lodge your request through your PropertyMe App.

Emergency repairs may be any of the following:

  • a burst water service or a serious water service leak
  • a blocked or broken toilet
  • a serious roof leak
  • a gas leak
  • a dangerous electrical fault
  • flooding or serious flood damage
  • serious storm, fire or impact damage
  • a failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
  • a failure or breakdown of an essential service or appliance on the premises for hot water, cooking or heating
  • a fault or damage that makes the premises unsafe or insecure (this includes smoke alarms)
  • a fault or damage likely to injure a person, damage property or unduly inconvenience a tenant
  • a serious fault in a staircase, lift or other common area of the premises that unduly inconveniences a tenant in gaining access to, or using, the premises.
If you have an active water leak or burst pipe, and where it is safe to do so, please attempt to turn off your mains water supply. The tap to do this is located in the plastic box either on your footpath, or on the side of your home (if a duplex).
