Routine Inspections
We carry out routine inspections on all our properties every three to four months and will advise you in writing (by post or by email) prior to the inspection date.
The inspections are always a good opportunity to point out any maintenance problems or other concerns you may have.
If you are not present, we will access the property with the agency-held spare keys.
It is also a good idea to ensure that your animals that may be onsite at the property are restrained or off-site for the period of the inspection.
