The below inclusions are provided as part of our service:

  • Lease Renewals - INCLUDED (saving you $66+ for every lease renewal)
  • EOFY Financial Statements - INCLUDED
  • Water Charging of Tenants - INCLUDED
  • Monthly or Twice Monthly Disbursements (your choice) - INCLUDED
  • Routine Inspections (3 per year) with photos - INCLUDED
  • Maintenance Management - INCLUDED
  • Bill Payments (e.g. Urban Utilities) - INCLUDED
  • 24/7 Access to your Owners Portal - INCLUDED

Other Fees where you require these additional services:

  • Standard Agency Photography: FREE
  • (Or at cost for professional photography if requested by an owner. Ownership of professional photography is retained by the Landlord).
  • Mediation / Tribunal Fees: Cost of lodgement + $95 per hour for hearing attendance.
  • Any other fees are at an Owner's cost (e.g. smoke alarm compliance, maintenance)

In addition to your property’s regularly planned inspections, your property manager will monitor your home through curb side drive by visits to ensure that all is in order between scheduled inspections.
