Keeping your account details secure

We take the security of your financial information seriously. To maintain the integrity of our information and payment arrangements, we take certain steps to protect your information. 

Changing Bank Account Details Held on File

From time to time, an owner, tenant or trade supplier may need to change the bank account details that we hold on file. 

In order for changes to bank accounts to be made, we validate each request before taking action. This allows us the opportunity to validate and confirm that any changes are legitimate. 

OWNER & TENANT Bank Account Changes

  1. We receive a request to change your bank account details by email or SMS, 
  2. Collins Gregory Real Estate (CGRE) issues an email to all listed parties on the account (e.g. all property owners) advising that we have received a request to change, and outlining the process required to make the change.
  3. A secondary validation message is then sent, using a different method to the way the original request was received, asking for a confirmation of the change. 
  4. Once the change is validated by confirmation, the bank account details held on file are updated.

SUPPLIER Bank Account Changes

  1. We receive a request to change your bank account details by email or SMS.
  2. The changed bank account must also appear on an issued Tax Invoice document. 
  3. Collins Gregory Real Estate (CGRE) will respond requesting a call back to our agency phone number to discuss and confirm the details of the change directly.
  4. Once this validation by phone call has been completed, the bank account details held on file are updated.
